7. Why It's Important to Focus on the moment?

This question occupied my mind for 2 years; I tried to understand why the Tibetans say it is important to focus on the present moment.

Since I couldn't find a book on the subject I started to think and I realized that being at the moment makes a person more focused, sufficient and that's in the martial everyday life.

Focusing on the moment prevents a person to dwell in the past, it forces him to be concentrated in what is happening now, prevents attachment, which when you come to think about it is the root of 90% of our problems.

You learn faster, the mind is clear and the person is enlightened for he receives the privilege of watching the world threw a kid's eyes and genially see what the world has to offer.

You learn to view the world with no judgments, no prejudice that usually limit him- in short a cancellation of the ego.

No fears, no blocks reality becomes simpler there is only room for learning and advancing.

Try to focus on the moment while seating with friends, while walking, working, being with family members, for the moment that passes will not return.
