3. Become an observer:
Many times I prefer to walk instead of taking public transportation, because it gives me time to view many things. The world is a beautiful place, there are flowers, trees, birds, dogs, kids and when you take a walk it's like you are watching a slow motion movie.
At times I will also choose to seat down and observe my suroundings .This pause in the middle of the day will make me notice things you usually don't have time to look at because we are all so busy doing something(work, family, school, deep in thoughts).
I remember one day stopping near Tel-Aviv Museum and I saw a blind person.
That made me realizes that I was very lucky to have 5 functional senses. I mean life presents its tests and we feel life's burden from time to time, so how difficult it must be with additional physical limitation?
We must remember that the absents of a difficulty is a blessing in it self.
By observing people during work for example you learn about people behaviors and needs. You learn to get out of your own bubble and be aware of other people beside you. Try & you shall discover.
