1. The Golden Cage Paradox

I was sitting with friends in the local bar as we were drinking and discussing what makes the difference between a successful person from a regular Joe or from a talented person that is not successful. The conversation was very interesting but it did bother me that they all agreed that success is measured only by money. I couldn't agree with what they said because money is a good mean to get out of the rat race and get a head with life, to stop working so many hours a day just to sustain ourselves.

A man differs from the animal by his wisdom, there for it is part of his legacy to constantly develop himself by learning and fulfilling him self threw different aspects of his life( such as family, morality, professionally& socially) a person should aspire to live life to the fullest because we all have so much to offer.

The problem of this day and age of our modern world is that people are confused thinking that by purchasing the beautiful furniture in the commercial or wear clothes by the latest fashion trend, drive the right car (cars use to be for proper transportation and they would be kept for years, now your expected to switch a car every 2 years minimum). All that is fine as long as if it's in addition to morals, the problem is      technology advances while morality stays behind.

Today people aspire to achieve what I like to call the "golden cage paradox" they do what ever they possibly can to be rich and famous, people honestly think that once they attain it , that will prove they are worthy as human beings & that they maid it.

But that can't be true if the foundations are not sturdy. Self work is required prior to achieving anything in life, because if a person is not aware to life's symbiosis that what you do affects others, and self work to face one's own flaws and to be strong enough to fix them, to be a person with integrity, a person that his word equals his honor, to be a check that won't bounce, to have a rich internal world.

So, what happens when a person achieves his desires but he has no foundations to relay on, suddenly after partying in every possible way he feels alone, empty-what went wrong?

Today it is very easy to feel up emptiness(empty spaces) by taking drugs, drinking alcohol, having sex, consuming –until a person reaches his personal ruins or a crises happens to wake him up.

Once his awaken he will start looking for something more simple, he will learn to enjoy the little things in life & he will start prioritizing by his EQ.

Bottom line what a person has when he departures the world is knowing who he truly was as a person, and that's how his going to be remembered, and the money, fame all of that will be worthless in the dirt when you are 6 feet under.
