Letting you in on the principles I chose to live by:

 –  I understand that I am responsible for how to live my life and the way I react to situations and surprises that come completely out of the blue. 

I understand that as Kala I live only once and  therefore I must be modest and appreciative of life and the small and simple gestures that people are kind enough to give me.

Even if you are in a hurry stop and smell the roses, look at the beautiful sky and smile.

Always remember that you are very lucky to be you cause there are far worst things then you are going threw, and every second is a possibility to change your life and become a better person to others and yourself.


I understand that I should set boundaries for  myself to keep my commitments and that way I won't hurt myself because when you don't keep your commitments that causes stress and stress leads to anger that leads to one feeling physically ill and a  lack of serenity. 


The principles I choose to live by:

 I'm in control of my reactions to life’s events and therefore I choose to live my life by: peace 

of mind. Happiness, joy.


 I understand that my thoughts create the reality I live and therefore I will take responsibility for my thoughts from this day on.


 From now on I will carry a small pad and write my goals and daily to do lists.


 From now on no more crazy money spending. I will write my expenses and first put money to pay them and then set money aside for self development such as: books, cd's, workshops, travel.


 Human beings differ from animals by insight  & understanding;   therefore my goal is to 

constantly develop and learn and do what ever interests me.


 Volunteer.


To aspire to be the best person that I can be towards others, and give my 100% in all that I do.


 Learn to take criticism less to heart and more on a rational level and fix what I don't like in my personality.


 Be punctual with times. Be a person that has a word of honor-if I commit to something I will keep it.


 Wake up happy every morning, and to be a happy person in general that loves and appreciates life and what he experiences in life.


 That my smile and peace of mind will be my trade mark

 Don't want to have a TV in my apartment but if I do have then limit the amount of TV that I'm watching

.

 Quite smoking it's not healthy so why smoke it?!


 Dedicate time to myself such as a good pampering bath, rubbing body lotion, getting my nails done, good night sleep, elegant chick clothing.


 Learn something new everyday.


 Learn to value my self and what I'm worth and not to settle for a relationship that is not good for me, or that stops me from growing as a person

.

 Get to know myself what makes me tick and what I should improve in my personality.


I wrote this to myself when I was 19 years old after through a nervous breakedown. This was the first time I took control over my life and the way I choose to live by. I wanted to share that with you because this is very close to how I live my life, and writing it was a life altering decision for me.
